Farm Manager: Murphy-Brown LLC, (Littleton, NC) Plan, organize & manage sow farm activities, incl. finance, production, equip., supplies & personnel, to comply with govt regs, provide quality pork products, & ensure safe working envmt., humane treatment of animals, & env. responsible production methods. Supervise, monitor, dev. & train employees (3-20), incl. Heads of Dpmt., Mgr. Trainees, and Herd Techs. Oversee examination, vaccination & treatment of hogs, under supervision of a licensed vet. Maintain up-to-date financial & other records, using MS Office and internet. Inspect equip. and farm structures to ensure proper functioning, & coord. repair & maintenance with Div. Maint. Team. Min.
